Four ways to take Kazam.

The same software, four routes: what changes is who looks after what, and what you pay. The figures are below — not behind a form to fill in. The band counts the people who are in the web application at the same time and the mobile terminals operating at the same time, not the ones on the register. The applicable plan is set by the first threshold crossed, web or mobile.

The four routes

Above 50 mobile terminals active at the same time, licence and infrastructure are sized in the quote.

The limits refer to web users and mobile terminals active at the same time. Devices on the register but not operating do not count towards the limit. The applicable plan is set by the first threshold crossed, web or mobile.

A mobile terminal active at the same time is a device with an active Kazam Mobile operating session on the same warehouse. Devices on the register but not operating do not count towards the limit.

An occasional peak does not stop the service and does not automatically change the plan. If the overage becomes recurring, we will contact you before applying the higher plan from the following month.

The published fees refer to the WMS. WES, WCS commissioning, PLC links and automation are sized and quoted as a separate project.

A year costs ten months: two fewer if you pay once. If one day more people sign in than your band allows nothing stops: we tell you, and you move up from the following month. A warehouse that turns away the fifteenth user on the busiest day is not a managed warehouse, it is a stopped one.

Launch offer

Launch offer: in your first year you pay for 9 months instead of 12.

Three monthly instalments free on the first annual contract. From the second year the ordinary annual price applies. Minimum term 12 months. VAT excluded. Valid for contracts signed by 31 December 2026; cannot be combined with other promotions.

First year: Start €1,341 · Standard €3,141 · Advanced from €6,210. Renewal: €1,490 / €3,490 / from €6,900 per year.

Installed by you

One-off licence, with 12 months of updates included

BandOne-offUpdates and fixes
up to 5 web users and 5 mobile terminals at once€2,900€580/year
up to 15 web users and 20 mobile terminals at once€5,900€1,180/year
over 15 web users, 21 to 50 mobile terminals or several warehousesfrom €11,900from €2,380/year

The licence is yours, it does not expire, and it includes 12 months of updates. From the second year updates are optional, at 20% of the licence value: if you do not renew them, Kazam keeps working in the installed version. Servers, database, backups, security and system administration of the on-premise infrastructure remain your responsibility. Break-even with SaaS typically falls during the third year, counting licence and updates but excluding infrastructure, database and system administration.

The sources

Source access: costs and responsibilities

You pay us nothing

With a non-disclosure agreement you receive the sources, compile them and use them in your warehouse. No licence cost towards Sun Tech, no user limit, no expiry. You can read the code, change it and extend it.

But you buy the component licences

Kazam is built on two commercial libraries, Syncfusion and DevExpress. On the other three routes we pay for them; here you do. They are per-developer licences, and for a company that does not make software they cost more than the one-off above.

Who it actually suits

Those who already hold those licences because software is their trade. If you have no developers in house, the sources are the most expensive of the four routes: we say so here rather than at the third meeting.

Reselling

If you are the one selling Kazam

Integrators and software houses can take Kazam to their own customers: sources, dedicated training and a direct line to the people who build the product. What comes back to us is 10% of what you invoice for Kazam — on the software, not on your analysis and go-live days, which stay entirely yours.

There is no guaranteed minimum and no territorial exclusivity to buy. Let us talk: the partner programme.

On every route

What never changes

No charge per named operator

Kazam does not apply a licence to every registered operator, nor does it count devices merely on the register or kept as spares. The plan depends on web users and mobile terminals active at the same time: you pay for the operating capacity the warehouse actually uses. An occasional peak does not interrupt the work; if the threshold is exceeded continuously, moving up is agreed before it is applied.

The database is yours

In the cloud too. It sits where you decide, it is queried with the tools you already use, and if one day you change direction you take it with you. There is no proprietary format to escape from.

Support is optional

Documentation, tutorials and FAQs are free and enough to get started. Those who run a warehouse that cannot stop choose professional technical assistance: the people who answer are the people who build the product, not a first line that forwards.

Frequently asked

What people ask us about pricing

How long does it take to get started?
Within one business day an engineer opens your access to Kazam Web; from there the configuration is prepared with the assistant, which interviews whoever knows the warehouse and produces a plan for you to approve. How long it takes to reach production depends on the warehouse — areas, flows, the link to your ERP — and is estimated during the technical demo. If you would rather be guided through it, assisted rollout is a service we quote for.
How do we bring in the data we already have?
Master data, stock and orders come in through the link to your ERP — an exchange area on the database or an API — which is the same route used in day-to-day operation. A one-off migration of historical data or unusual structures is quoted separately, sized on your archives.
What happens at the end of the contract?
The data stays under your control: you can request a full export of the database in the manner, timeframe and format set out in the contract, and there is no proprietary format to escape from. With the perpetual licence the software keeps working in the installed version even if you do not renew the updates.
Where is the data held?
Wherever you decide. In the cloud the application runs on infrastructure managed by Sun Tech; alternatively Kazam is installed on your own servers or on the cloud you choose (Azure, AWS, GCP or a private cloud). Location, protective measures and the processing of personal data are described in the terms of service and the privacy policy.
Why count people signed in at once rather than registered users?
Because that is what costs. The web application runs on our server and every person connected keeps their own session open: ten people at once weigh ten times one. Ten registered people taking turns weigh one. Charging you for names instead of presences would be charging for something we do not consume — and it would push you not to give access to people who need it.
What happens if I go over the band?
Nothing, on the spot. Nobody is turned away and no function switches off: if the overshoot is steady we flag it and you move up from the following month. If it was an isolated peak — the year-end stocktake, a campaign — it stays where it is.
Can I move from the cloud to the licence, or the other way round?
Yes, in both directions: it is the same software and the same database. Going from subscription to licence, what you have already paid in the current year is deducted. Going the other way, you bring the database and carry on where you were: there is no migration, because nothing underneath changes.
Is the AI assistant included?
In the Standard and Advanced plans yes, with a usage quota that amply covers configuring a warehouse. In the Start plan and on the routes you install yourself it is a separate service, because it goes through our servers and every conversation has a cost. What it does: Kazam's assistant.
Start here

Before choosing a route, let us look at your warehouse.

Thirty minutes with an engineer: which ERP you run, what kind of warehouse you have, how many sites and handhelds. From there it becomes clear which of the four routes makes sense — and if none does, we say so.
